At AMC Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all furniture remains unassembled and in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repack the furniture in its original boxes and secure all hardware to prevent damage during the return transit.

  Schedule Collection

  Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture carriers will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
